Fairway Property Management, LLC is a small firm located in Towson, MD.  We serve Baltimore County and surrounding areas.  We specialize in residential and multi-family properties.

We are different by design.  We started this company because we failed to find a Property Manager who cared about our investment as much as we did.  We found that the level of service that we expected was not what we were getting.  Each company we hired seemed to focus more on growth than on servicing their current clients.  After extensive research, we decided to start our own boutique company and limit the amount of properties we manage to the number that we can serve with the quality we ourselves expect for our properties. 

 

We invest in your property before we ever make a dime.  In short we have skin in the game.  We pay for the photography ($200.00), market your rental on multiple sites ($100.00), and show the property in person as well as schedule open house showings during the week, weekends,  and in the evenings to try and accommodate everyone's schedule.  We install a wall mounted lock box ($37.48) for spare keys ($2.00 per key).  Most companies will pass these charges onto their clients but we absorb these charges.  We are looking to establish a long term business relationship with you and we don't treat you or your property as our ATM.
